Romain Beck
Director/Producer/Editor
Romain has over a decade’s worth of experience making and editing documentary projects. He edited the upcoming feature “Mother Vera,” which won the Creativity Media First Look Award at Locarno Festival in 2023 and will be premiered at Vision du Reel 2024. His work has been recognised at IDFA 2022, Jihlava International Documentary Festival 2018, Hot Docs and South by South West film Festival 2017. His most recent solo work includes ‘Afterwards Stories of Regret’, an oral documentary project that explore the nature of regret. You can view some of his work at www.romainbeck.com
Mandana Mohit
Producer
Mandana is a filmmaker and TV producer. In recent years she has been producing political documentary series and has a keen interest in matters concerning social and political inequalities. Her previous experience includes factual and live programmes for television as well as writing and directing short fiction films submitted to festivals such as Nikon film festival and Remake film festivals.
Matt Mead
Director of Photography
Matt has shot all around the UK and internationally in Asia, Africa and the US, from studio soundstages to Masai villages, gene sequencing laboratories to a tug boat on the Thames. They began their career as an assistant on indie features and music videos in 2011, before stepping up to DOP. Alongside single channel work for screens of all sizes, they’ve created multi screen installations for art galleries and museums.
